Abstract

In article the task to consider such social phenomenon as corruption, to characterize the reasons of emergence of this phenomenon and to define strategy of fight against it is set. The main components of legal and moral and ethical aspects of anti-corruption behavior are revealed. The attention to questions of counteraction of corruption in the Vladimir region is paid.
