Abstract

the article is devoted to the main changes that have occurred in public procurement in recent years. With 2014 in this area is constantly something changes. And sometimes to keep track of these changes is difficult. The law on contract system procurement entered into force on 1 January 2014. Two years have passed since then. But so far legislators will eliminate some inaccuracies and omissions № 44-FZ on introducing new rules. So what are the basic rules of procurement were adopted in the year 2015? 2016 is stepping in because of the large number of amendments that relate to procurement in Law № 44–FZ and the Law № 223–FZ. In the new year there will be over 30. The article is devoted to new developments in public procurement in 2015-2016.
