в статье рассматривается ряд аспектов правового регулирования общественного контроля в Российской Федерации. Авторами анализируются нормативные правовые акты в данной области правового регулирования. Делается акцент на правовой регламентации деятельности Общественной палаты Владимирской области как субъекта общественного контроля. Annotation: The article deals with a number of aspects of the legal regulation of public control in the Russian Federation. The authors analyze the normative legal acts in this area of legal regulation. The focus is on the legal regulation of the Public Chamber of the Vladimir Region as a subject of public control.
