Abstract

TC evolution EAEC requires the development of the legal system of the Russian Federation in the conditions of integration of the national governing special economic zones. The aim is to identify and resolve the national law of the Member States in the framework of the EAEC chosen subjects. Revealed problems of SEZ transformation of the Institute, based on the experience of the EU and laid the foundations of legal support for these processes.
