Abstract

the Problem of combating crime is largely related to the imperfection of the conceptual and categorical apparatus, which leads to a lack of understanding of the nature and importance of certain areas of combating crime both at the scientific and practical level. The author's team studied the features of the perception of crime prevention, as well as the minimization and elimination of their consequences by the staff of the preliminary investigation and inquiry. As a result, the author's team came to the conclusion that it is necessary to reconstruct the existing legal framework for combating offenses, including the disclosure and investigation of crimes.
