Features of realization of the idea of legal state in some countries

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of realization of the idea of building the rule of law in such countries as Sweden, USA, North Korea. The study is based on the analysis of data provided by international public and human rights organizations. The authors come to the conclusion that a significant factor affecting the implementation of the concept of the rule of law is its reference to a particular legal family.
