the Article is devoted to the practical aspects of the law on bankruptcy of physical entities. Those who are far from business — clients of banks, insurance and travel companies, employees of enterprises, etc. — also have to face bankruptcy problems. Therefore, it is no exaggeration to say that everyone needs to study the legal regulation of insolvency (bankruptcy). The problem faced by participants in bankruptcy proceedings has been identified. On the basis of the analysis, some proposals for solving these problems are formulated.
