Reasonable limits of success fee

Abstract

the article analyzes the problem of the concepts of "success fee" and "reasonable limits", lack of economically justified motivation for reducing the costs of a lawyer. The ways of solving these problems are proposed, through economic justification and legal consolidation in the legislation of the Russian Federation of the approach and criteria that will make the application of a reasonable limit of the "success fee" uniform.
