Abstract

The issues of theoretical substantiation of the upbringing of a healthy person and a harmoniously developed personality on the basis of a culture of health are considered. A new concept of protecting the health of a healthy person is announced, the essence of which is a health-centric approach to solving problems of maintaining health, medical transformations in conjunction with the tasks of a socio-psychological and sports profile. It is proved that the medical sciences and healthcare organization in the 21st century must acquire new systemic qualities in the global system "humanity - nature - culture, including sports and labor". The meaning of the connection between sports and physical education with the development of a culture of health is revealed.
