the article highlights the features of the concept and grounds for the termination of rights to land plots, the ratio of civil and land legislation in the regulation of this institution. The legal facts that have the properties of dispositivity (if it is possible to terminate the right of ownership) and imperativeness (if necessary, to terminate the right of ownership) are highlighted.
