Abstract

this article reveals the essence of the contractor’s savings that arise when fulfilling the terms of the contract and paying for work under the contract, establishes the conditions for the validity of the contractor’s savings and the rules for its application as a phenomenon, and also notes the problems of distinguishing the contractor’s savings and unjustified enrichment in the practical activities of subjects of civil relations arising from the contract.
