Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of competitiveness of university teacher, the increase of which is an important factor in the development of competitive advantages of an educational organization; the concept of competitiveness in psychological, pedagogical and managerial aspects is revealed, the structural elements of competitiveness of university teacher, the basis of their formation and areas of manifestation are presented and described.
