Surrogate motherhood: problems and solutions

Abstract

This scientific work is devoted to the study of problems that arise when applying the provisions of the current legislation on surrogacy. The authors study scientific literature and judicial practice on the subject under consideration. In conclusion, it is concluded that the adoption of a single regulatory act on assisted reproductive technologies can act as a solution to all existing problems.
