СУИЦИД В РОССИИ: СОЦИАЛЬНЫЕ И УГОЛОВНО-ПРАВОВЫЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ

Abstract

This article discusses some of the social and criminally-legal problems of suicide and suicidal behavior. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary a comprehensive approach to the prevention of suicidal behavior. Also, the article touches upon the problems of criminal responsibility for finishing before suicide.
