Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of completeness of regulation of labor relations through the conclusion of a service contract in the Russian Federation. The aim of the article is analyze the articles of service contract and task allocation of the highlights and gaps, as well as the characteristics of the service contract in Russia. These objectives were achieved with the help of general scientific (dialectical analysis, synthesis) and particular scientific practices (formal and legal, comparative legal). It is necessary to emphasize the need for a more detailed consideration of legal mechanisms, as well as to improve the legislation articles.
