Abstract

In the article the questions of regulation of public relations related to elimination of debt for gas consumed before PJSC "Gazprom". The greatest concern is the negative trend demonstrated by the organizations of a municipal complex, including population. Offered to administrations of subjects of the Russian Federation, in the framework of its powers, to conduct an audit of tariffs for thermal energy, to determine the mechanism of compensation for lost income energy supplier.
