Abstract

The article is devoted to consideration of dynamics of development of the state language policy. Systematic and purposeful development of the Russian language as the national values of the Russian people is considered in the diachronic aspect. The author offers a comprehensive approach to change the situation in relation to the Russian language in contemporary Russian society.
