Abstract

In focus of the article there are main moments of the State program "Justice", which contains goals and missions of forthcoming reform of organization and advocates' activity, analyses institutional phenomenon of advocacy in Russia as an integral part of civil society. The topic is timely in the context of necessity of development of civil society in the Russian Federation.
