Abstract

Despite the efforts of the state and society measures, corruption still seriously hampers the normal functioning of all social mechanisms, prevents the carrying out of social transformations and modernization of the national economy, raises in Russian society serious concern and distrust to public institutions, creates a negative image of Russia in the international arena. To reduce corruption it is necessary to develop and implement activities aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of anti-corruption.
