Abstract

The article is dedicated to the today's burning issue "corruption" as negative systematic phenomenon, weakening state security. In article the general are investigated for the majority of economically developed countries of a problem of organizational-legal counteraction of corruption, use in this struggle of the right of a civil society as systems of agreements. Absence of a universal method of counteraction of corruption does not belittle attempts of the analysis of world experience and development on its basis of recommendations for perfection of the domestic legislation with simultaneous strengthening of positions of a civil society.
