Special features of forming labor relations in Russia in light of neoindustrialization

Abstract

The article reveals the dependence of the future of the Russian economy from a "healthy" labor relations and productivity growth. Provides indicators of productivity and wages in Russia, the reasons of the deficit of "decent" salary. We prove the inadmissibility of low wages, reveals the methodological discrepancy of calculation of the minimum wage and its increase is proposed that will have a positive impact on income growth in the country.
