Social conditioning special method of investigation of crimes of persons with negative changes in mental activity

Abstract

In article the author investigates the validity of the special method of fighting crime individuals suffering from negative changes in mental activity. The author evaluates the various factors that influenced the emergence and implementation of this method. Considering the specificity of determination of criminal behavior of persons with mental disorders, peculiarities of the crime, the estimate of the social worth of persons suffering from mental disorders, relationship, relatively independent of mass and the nature of crime, persons with a negative change in the psyche, the author came to the conclusion about the complex nature of social conditionality consider a special method of investigation of crimes.
