автором исследуются вопросы, связанные с организацией поддержания государственного обвинения органами прокуратуры РФ. Отмечается, что система прокуратуры РФ состоит из трех основных звеньев: Генеральная прокуратура РФ как аппарат Генерального прокурора РФ – прокуратуры субъектов РФ и приравненные к ним специализированные прокуратуры – прокуратуры городов и районов и приравненные к ним. В структуре Генеральной прокуратуры РФ поддержанием государственного обвинения занимается Главное уголовно-судебное управление. Анализируется структура и полномочия работников Главного управления по поддержанию государственного обвинения. В качестве примера прокуратуры субъекта РФ рассматривается прокуратура Владимирской области. В структуре прокуратуры Владимирской области поддержанием государственного обвинения занимается уголовно-судебное управление. Анализируется структура, задачи и полномочия сотрудников управления по поддержанию государственного обвинения. В составе прокуратур городов и районов и приравненных к ним прокуратур, как правило, отсутствуют специальные структурные подразделения по поддержанию государственного обвинения. В таких прокуратурах государственное обвинение поддерживают все прокурорские работники (прокуроры, их заместители, старшие помощники и помощники прокурора). Анализируются также вопросы разграничения компетенции прокуроров территориальных, военных и других специализированных прокуратур. Annotation: The author examines the issues related to the organization of the state prosecution support by the Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation. It is noted that the Russian Prosecutor's office system consists of three main links: the General Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation as the office of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation – Prosecutor's offices of subjects of the Russian Federation and equivalent specialized Prosecutor's offices – Prosecutor's offices of cities and districts. The structure and powers of employees of the Main Department for the maintenance of public prosecution are analyzed. The Prosecutor's office of the Vladimir region is considered as an example of the Prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation. In the structure of the Prosecutor's office of the Vladimir region, the state prosecution is supported by the criminal and judicial Department. The structure, tasks and powers of the staff of the office for the maintenance of public prosecution are analyzed. As a rule, there are no special structural units for the maintenance of public prosecution within the Prosecutor's offices of cities and districts and equivalent Prosecutor's offices.
