в статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы формирования социальных лифтов профессионального становления молодежи, анализируется роль общественных организаций в использовании творческого потенциала молодых людей в социально-экономическом развитии территории, предлагаются эффективные механизмы взаимодействия государства и институтов гражданского общества в реализации молодежной политики. Annotation: The article deals with topical issues of formation of social lifts of professional development of youth, analyzes the role of public organizations in the use of the creative potential of young people in the socio-economic development of the territory, offers effective mechanisms of interaction between the state and civil society institutions in the implementation of youth policy.
