Abstract

The article discusses the process of education with the increase in effectiveness of continuous professional remote e-learning. Approaches of distance e-learning, shows the differences between skills and qualities of a leader. Shows the effectiveness of distance e-learning using technical and technological information communications at the heart of learning. Continuous remote is a professional electronic form can be considered as an independent form of education to implement continuing education.
