Semiotic approach "evaluation" in the socio-economic research

Abstract

the problems of the state and prospects of development of Russian science are considered, arguments are given regarding the narrowness of approaches in assessing the results and effectiveness of scientific activity through the index of publications and citation. Explain the reasons for the backlog of Russian science, namely the violation of a holistic mechanism of functioning of the scientific and technical complex of the country. The semiotic approach to the study of socio-economic processes, which involves the widespread use of communication systems in the transmission of information and improving the reliability of all indicators, is substantiated. Application of methods of exact Sciences in researches of a social and economic profile, modeling and forecasting of social processes, development of methods of management of such processes is recommended.
