the Article is devoted to the topic of equalization of married couples, unmarried and single parents in the right to register their child born as a result of the use of assisted reproductive technologies. Currently, the legislators are actively discussing bill No. 473140 -7, which is aimed at eliminating disputes and legal conflicts in the registration of children who were born with the use of assisted reproductive technologies.
