the article is devoted to the latest changes in the criminal Executive legislation. So, in Russia will begin to create branches of correctional institutions in places where prisoners will work. Branches of colonies and correctional centers should be opened within the region where the basic institution is located. Special dormitories will be created next to the work. The new law will allow to solve both social and economic problems.
