Criminal liability for obstruction of medical care

Abstract

amendments to the criminal code have been made in the Russian Federation. They are aimed at ensuring the timely provision of medical care and protection of life and health of patients. The reason for the adoption of the law was the frequent cases of obstruction of medical care. The criminal law of Russia was supplemented by Art. 124.1 of the criminal code, which established criminal liability for obstruction of medical care.
