Abstract

проблема социальной обусловленности иерархичного выстраивания системы ценностных ориентаций современной молодежи, рассматриваемая в данной статье, определяет основные подходы к стратегии формирования профессиональной компетентности студента как будущего государственного или муниципального служащего, призванного решать задачи государственной важности. Представлены основные характеристики аксиологического подхода в высшем образовании, описаны результаты исследования системы ценностных ориентаций студентов факультета управления. Annotation. The problem of social conditionality of building a hierarchical system of value orientations of modern youth, considered in this article, defines the main approaches of the strategy of formation of professional competence of students as future state or municipal employees, who is urged to solve the tasks of national importance. The main characteristics of the axiological approach in higher education are presented, and the results of the study of the system of value orientations of students of the faculty of management are described.
