Actual problems of employment in Russia Federation

Abstract

the article analyzes actual problems of labour force participation and decline in the unemployment rate in Russian Federation. It is proposed a number of solutions for improving the legislation in the part regulating employment, helping optimize labour force and increase the efficiency of work of national economic productivity.
