Abstract

There are opportunities for the development of sustainable tourism in the Vladimir region. In this context, the natural resource potential of the region and the development of ecological tourism in protected areas have a special place. The growth of tourism often leads to damage to the environment, in massively visited places there are problems in the field of preserving the quality of the environment, the condition of cultural objects, so the main principle of ecotourism is a balance between using the capabilities of natural systems and their preservation. At the same time, the tourism industry of the Vladimir region requires support for development, especially in the post-pandemic period.
