Law-making: concept, types, functions and principles

Abstract

The article explores different approaches to the definition of the concept of law-making, correlates the concepts of «law-making» and «lawformation». The author considers the main types of law-making activities, as well as the functions that are performed in the process of its implementation. He analyzes of the fundamental principles that determine the characteristic features and directions of lawmaking.
