Trends and regularities of the manifestation of evolution and involution in the system of public relations

Abstract

The issues of social structure and social relations, the growth of negative trends in global processes, the aggravation of contradictions between Russian and Western civilization are considered. There is a gap in world economic ties not only in the economy, but also in the fields of culture and sports. The necessity of strengthening the role of institutions in setting up civilized relations is proved not only at the interstate level, but also on the instrumental approach of regulating social relations. The methodological apparatus of the study is substantiated, which implies the search for value orientations of a positive quality in the "evolution-involution" construction. It is noted that modern politicians ignore not only objective processes, but also the laws of nature, thereby provoking the growth of involutionary processes.
