Features of the allocation of certain types of civil liability in modern russian legislation

Abstract

The article deals with issues related to the classification of civil liability at the current stage of development of Russian civil law and other branches of law. The author explores the features of the division of this type of legal responsibility into separate types, describes the conditions for its occurrence under various circumstances. An analysis of the approaches developed in the theory to the allocation of certain types of civil liability is carried out.
