Assessment of the image of state and municipal employees by the student audience

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the formation of the image of state and municipal employees in modern conditions of society development. The author of the article conducted a survey of students of the Vladimir branch of the RANEPA, the purpose of which was to identify the opinion of the younger generation about the modern image of state and municipal employees, the level of prestige of this profession. The results obtained allow us to assert that the opinion of the younger generation is markedly different from the stereotypical representation of the image of state and municipal employees that has developed in society, which is the basis for further research on this topic.
