Relationship of per capita income, income inequality with social security and human capital development at the regional level

вопросы социальной безопасности невозможно рассматривать без конкретной увязки с уровнем социально-экономического, территориального, общенационального развития государства. Защита жизненно важных интересов основных слоев социума, качество социальнотрудовых отношений, формирование и реализация целей устойчивого развития определяются наличием базовых условий социальной безопасности. Целостность государства, его национальная безопасность напрямую связаны с развитием социальной безопасности на региональном уровне. Resume: The issues of social security cannot be considered without a specific link with the level of socio-economic, territorial, national development of the state. Protection of the vital interests of the main strata of society, the quality of social and labor relations, the formation and implementation of sustainable development goals are determined by the presence of basic conditions for social security. The integrity of the state, its national security is directly related to the development of social security at the regional level.
