Reflections on the legal foundations of digitalization of state and municipal procurement: a point of growth

Abstract

The article presents various aspects of the process of digitalization of the sphere of state and municipal procurement. The authors analyzed the causes of digitalization, its legal formalization. The interim results of digitalization in the field of procurement and prospects for the growth of further synergy – management and law are considered. The issue of the introduction of artificial intelligence in the field of public procurement was also touched upon separately.
