Prosecutor’s supervision of countering cybercrime in the Internet information and telecommunications network

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена изучению процесса осуществления прокурорского надзора за киберпреступностью. Авторами выявляются некоторые проблемы, возникающие у органов прокуратуры при осуществлении данной деятельности и мешающие обеспечить ее максимальную эффективность. В заключении работы выдвигаются предложения по совершенствованию действующего законодательства в данной сфере с целью решения выявленных проблем. Аnnotation. This scientific article is devoted to the study of the process of prosecutorial supervision of cybercrime. The authors identify some problems that arise for the prosecutor's office in carrying out this activity and prevent it from being as effective as possible. At the end of the work, proposals are put forward to improve the current legislation in this area in order to solve the identified problems.
