Lessons from the Nuremberg Trials: historical and legal aspect

Abstract

The article actualizes the historical and legal aspects of the Nuremberg trials. Special attention is paid to historical events and facts, from an expert point of view, taking into account international legal documents that assess the fascist criminals who contributed to the development of the German military economy and fulfilled the plans of the military command of the Third Reich and its allies. The authors reveal the political reasons for justifying the actions of the Nazis, who escaped criminal prosecution, and later, inevitable punishment.
