On the question of forming an operational search policy in the conditions of digital transformation

Abstract

Based on the study of monographic works, the current state of operational investigative legislation and law enforcement practice, the author analyzes the place and role of operational investigative policy in the criminal policy system, determined primarily by the main forms and directions of its implementation. This area of state activity occupies a central place, since it is the starting point ("reference point") in the further development of not only operational investigative legislation, but also law enforcement practice. The key character of the operational investigative policy is determined primarily by the fact that it "revitalizes" operational investigative science and practice in order to correspond to modern realities.
