Using the web conferencing system in the arbitration process

Abstract

This article is devoted to the characteristics of the web conferencing system of the arbitration courts of the Russian Federation. The provisions of the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation regulating the use of the web conferencing system in arbitration proceedings are analyzed. The positive features of web conferences are reflected. The problems in this area are presented and solutions are proposed.
