Abstract

The issues of inheritance of property by minors are extremely important in ensuring their legitimate rights and interests. The article analyzes the legislation of the Russian Federation, which establishes special mechanisms for protecting the rights of minors in inheritance, and provides an analysis of judicial practice. The authors consider the issues of improving legislation and law enforcement practice aimed at ensuring the property interests of minors in inheritance relations in order to prevent abuse by third parties.
