Development of the social sphere of municipal entities in modern conditions

The changes taking place in the world require constant adaptation and improvement of social policy in order to ensure a decent quality of life for citizens and sustainable development of society. The article discusses the problems and available opportunities for the development of the social sphere in the municipalities of the Vladimir region. It highlights the importance of taking into account the opinions of the population when making management decisions and the effective use of the territory’s resources. The article provides a description of the specific features of rural areas and outlines the prospects for further development of the social sphere in connection with the current legal and political transformations in municipal management.
