Modern communication of teachers with students in the university: changes in the culture of academic communication

The article discusses the results of a survey conducted in March-April 2025 at the Vladimir branch of the Presidential Academy, the purpose of which was to identify a cross-section of the opinions of teachers and students regarding the forms and content of intra-university communication, its culture and values. The authors are convinced of the need for a detailed study of the features of intra-university communication, since it determines the effectiveness of students' mastering new competencies in the offline environment, which has certain features compared to communication in the digital environment, which is in many ways more "close" and "accessible" to the modern generation of university students. The study was conducted on a voluntary and anonymous basis: 14 teachers and 67 students of various courses of the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Law answered the questions of the questionnaire.
