ПРОБЛЕМЫ ЗАЩИТЫ ПАТЕНТНЫХ ПРАВ НА ПРИМЕРЕ ОТРАСЛИ КОМПОЗИТНЫХ МАТЕРИАЛОВ

Abstract

The article is devoted to one of the problems of protecting patent rights at the legislative level in the industry of composite materials an example is basеd on the production of fiberglass pipes. The authors of the article consider such a problem to be the import by unscrupulous competitors to the Russian Federation of similar, protected by patent law, goods and insufficient legislative measures to suppress such actions, primarily at the level of customs authorities. The international practice is analyzed (on the example of China), and the
